Exchange Window

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of the confirmed delivery of your order — not from the date of purchase or dispatch. The clock starts from the moment your order is marked as delivered. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible, without exception.

Eligibility Conditions

Items must meet all of the following conditions. Requests that do not satisfy every requirement may be declined without further review.

  • Request submitted within 3 days of the confirmed delivery date of your order
  • Item is unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging is fully intact
  • All tags remain attached
  • No signs of wear, use, or handling beyond initial inspection
  • Proof of purchase — order number or confirmation email — is provided

Non-Returnable Items

Items that do not meet hygiene standards cannot be accepted under any circumstances. The following categories are non-returnable once opened or used, regardless of the reason.

Request Process

All exchange requests are subject to review. Do not send any items before receiving written approval.

Complete the exchange request form with your order number, product details, reason for request, and any required photos.

Await Approval
Requests are reviewed by our team. Do not send any items before receiving written approval. Sending items without approval may result in them being returned at your cost.

Return Instructions Provided
If the request is approved, return instructions and the delivery address will be sent by email.

Exchange Processed
Once the item is received and inspected against the stated conditions, the exchange will be processed and dispatched. If the requested item is out of stock at the time of processing, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method instead.

Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping responsibility is determined by the reason for the request.

Customer's Responsibility
Return shipping costs for size exchange requests are covered by the customer.
MomLab's Responsibility
If the item is confirmed defective or incorrect, MomLab will cover all return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what was ordered, the matter will be resolved with a replacement exchange — or a full refund if the replacement item is out of stock. These cases are treated as a priority.

Photograph the item and packaging upon discovery and submit a request through the exchange form within 3 days of confirmed delivery. Include your order number and clear images. Return shipping will be covered by MomLab in all confirmed cases.
