Orders & Shipping

We prepare and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times depend on your location and are shown at checkout. We ship across Georgia.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and we'll see what we can do.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchanges on unused, unopened items submitted within 3 days of confirmed delivery. Approved exchanges are processed as a replacement for the same or equivalent item.

If the requested item is out of stock at the time of processing, a full refund will be issued instead.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal care products and breast pumps cannot be exchanged once opened.

That's not how it should be. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for an exchange — or a full refund if the replacement item is out of stock.

Photograph the item and packaging immediately and submit a request within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
