We ship across Georgia and to select international destinations. Orders placed before 14:00 on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Free standard delivery applies to all orders over 100 GEL.

1. Order Processing

Orders placed before 14:00 on Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders received after 14:00, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the following business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods, including holidays and promotional events. We will notify you of any significant delays.

2. How Your Order Is Shipped

We partner with trusted local and regional courier services to ensure your order arrives safely and in timely manner.

3. Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. MomLab cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of ordering.

If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@momlab.ge. We will do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch, but cannot guarantee this once an order has been handed to the courier.

4. Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment's progress. Tracking information is typically activated within a few hours of dispatch.

If your tracking link is not updating or you have not received a dispatch notification within 2 business days of your order, please contact our support team.

5. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will typically leave a notification and make one or more additional attempts. After this, the parcel may return to us.

  • If a parcel is returned to MomLab due to failed delivery or non-collection, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at a small additional charge.
  • If you choose not to have the order re-sent, a refund will be issued for the product value only — original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Missing Orders

We take care to pack every order securely. However, if your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

When contacting us, please include
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photographs of the damaged packaging or items

We will review the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

7. International Shipping

International delivery is currently in development. When available, shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout, based on your destination country.

Please note that for international orders, customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees applied by the destination country. These charges are outside MomLab's control and are not included in the order total.
